Here at CFM Dairy Recruitment, we pride ourselves on honesty and discretion and have a commitment in providing first class services to all respective clients.  Therefore, all information and documents held on behalf of our clients remain strictly 'private and confidential'.

Unlike most other recruitment agencies who charge a traditional fee of 10% - 23% of first year's annual salary, CFM Dairy Recruitment charge a "One-Off Finder's Fee" which includes all response management for the services provided in securing a suitably qualified candidate.  This process will also take the worry out of the farmers busy time schedule.

Another approach that we have available is "Employer Direct Job Advertisement" which enables the employer to place an advert of their choice on our website and take advantage of our large website viewings.  So for the employer / owner wishing to self-recruit - a nominal fee of $250.00 for one (1) full month - is great value for money.

Our recruitment and placement database has both an extensive National and International database.  For those clients who are either set up or contemplating becoming a registered sponsor, there is a great deal of qualified overseas candidates already registered with us.
