MANUFACTURING STAFF - Welders and Machine Operators

About our client – Yarroweyah Engineering (Experts in Rotary Dairy Design & Manufacture)

 

Rotary Platform

Yarroweyah Engineering has been manufacturing rotary milking platforms for over 30 years. They have over 3000 platforms in 57 countries Worldwide. This equates to over one million cows being milked on their platforms. With this experience they are sure they can offer a solidly constructed, reliable and proven rotary platform.

 

Their first Rotary Dairy Platform was manufactured in 1984 in the local Murray Valley Dairy Region. From there the demand for their Rotary Dairy Platforms increased year after year, growing up to 25 projects per year by 1988. In 1992 they exported their first overseas project to New Zealand, and from 1992 to 1996 they shipped over 30 Platforms to New Zealand. During this time they were still manufacturing and installing Platforms locally in Australia, and in 1994 they got into the European market, installing their first Platform in Israel. From there they expanded into other European countries, and Worldwide from 1996 when they began exporting into North and South America. To date, Yarroweyah Engineering have manufactured over 3000 Rotary Dairy Platforms, have shipped to 56 countries, and also manufactured Rotary Milking Platforms for Buffalo and Goats.’

 

The Position

 

Yarroweyah Engineering  are looking for reliable, competent and highly motivated individuals to join their manufacturing team.

 

There are current positions available for Welders (apprentices or qualified) and also Machine Operators.

 

On the job training, guidance and support will be offered to all successful candidates.

 

Role Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous, however, training will be offered to the right applicant.
  • High standards of work ethics with attention to detail
  • Must be able to follow instructions with the ability to carry out all duties
  • Must adhere to all WH&S protocols and policies
  • Ability to work in a safe manner and have respect for all team members
