All job vacancies are listed on 3 relevant sites - CFM Recruitment Website / CFM Facebook Page / Australian Job Search and are valid for 1 month (30 days) :-

1.  One-Off Finder's Fee Service:-

1. Briefing on the full nature of position and outline of the client's individual requirements.
2. Advertising the position after discussion and full approval from the client. Copy provided to client. We usually advise keeping the client's name out of advertisement so as to avoid any unnecessary harassment and thus retain confidentiality.
3. Interview potential candidates from all sources and identify short list.
4. Reference check preferred candidates.
5. Liaise and advise all unsuccessful candidates.

2.  Employer Direct (Self-Recruit) Advertising Fee Service:-

This service is structured for the employer who wishes to place a job advertisement, of their choice, on our site and carry out their own response management / self recruitment from start to completion.

PLEASE NOTE:  Final Selection remains the sole privilege and responsibility of the Client.
