Stockfeed / Mill Production Workers

The Position


Our client is seeking proactive and motivated individuals, with rural and/or manufacturing knowledge to join their stockfeed mill operations team based in the Southern Riverina of New South Wales.


Reporting to the Production Manager these roles will play a key part in maintaining plant production levels working on various shifts.


Key Role & Responsibilities


You will be required to efficiently operate manufacturing equipment to process stockfeed to Company specified formulations, within quality and time restraints, finished feed testing, cleaning and routine maintenance of milling plant, equipment & machinery.


Required Skills & Experience


The successful candidate will be a team player who is conversant in following SOP’s and OH&S protocols and requirements. A proactive approach to learning and development is paramount. Excellent verbal and written communication is also required.


You will also have:

  • Experience in operation/maintenance of JCB / Front End Loader
  • Current Forklift licence essential (or willing to obtain such licence)
  • Experience in feed milling/manufacturing an advantage
  • Mechanical aptitude is essential
  • Intermediate MS Office / computer skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Team player working within a strong team environment
  • Flexibility to work various am/pm shifts
  • Current Driver’s Licence with own transport


Shortlisted candidates may be required to undertake pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol testing and a National Police Check.
